I only discovered Katy Grannan’s work recently during a lecture. She photographs strangers in their home, most of the time naked, without anyone knowing, just her and the subject are present. In a sense it’s like a secret affair going on between her and her subject. Some of the images are quite interesting but on the other hand some of them did leave me a bit freaked out and confused. Nonetheless very well shot images.
